Kelham Island Victorian Christmas Market

Kelham Island Museum is one of the most fascinating in Sheffield as it chronicles the industries which have dominated the city over the centuries. However, once a year it becomes a festive favourite with the Kelham Island Victorian Christmas Market featuring over 80 vintage market stalls made up of traders from across Sheffield who are all dressed in Victorian finery to create a real retro vibe.

You’ll find plenty of vintage gifts here, with the Sheffield Made stall being one of the highlights with its array of crafty creations and artistic masterpieces from local artists. To complete the seasonal theme there will be traditional carol singers in attendance alongside roasted chestnuts, a hog roast and vintage tea room.

If the Kelham Island Christmas Market 2022 follows the pattern of previous events, it should be open for just two days on the 3rd and 4th of December from 10am till 5pm. Santa is scheduled to make an appearance in his sleigh, so young children need to make sure that they bring along their Christmas list!
